Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, GTM for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for Sales, Marketing, and GTM roles
- Own the candidate journey from initial contact to screening, ensuring a premium experience
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and sourcing strategies based on market feedback
Required Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles in-house or at a fast-paced agency
- Proficiency in Boolean search and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining data integrity in ATS
- A growth mindset with a desire for mentorship and feedback
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage competing priorities effectively
