Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels
- Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align on sourcing strategies and role requirements
- Research talent markets and analyze data to inform sourcing strategies and improve performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field
- Strong research and sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems
- High level of curiosity, persistence, and creativity in candidate engagement
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
