Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field
• Strong research and sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems
• High level of curiosity, persistence, and creativity in candidate engagement
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
