Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support technical hiring within its Autonomy Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and execute strategies to identify and attract technical talent
• Build long-standing relationships with sourced candidates to represent the team's culture
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience as the initial point of contact

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant sourcing or recruiting experience in Software Engineering
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience sourcing for niche or highly technical roles in the AV industry is a bonus
