Job Summary

To enhance recruitment efforts, the full-time Talent Acquisition Sourcer will identify, attract, and engage candidates for healthcare positions while working remotely and managing sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline and candidate pool for key healthcare positions
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates through various methods, including networking and social media

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant sourcing experience required
• 1+ years of healthcare experience preferred
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
• BA/BS degree required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
