Job Summary
Supporting business and client objectives, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will identify prospective candidates, develop talent pipelines, and contribute to recruiting initiatives while managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and sustain high-quality talent pipelines through strategic identification and engagement of candidates
- Coordinate end-to-end sourcing activities, including candidate screening, job posting administration, and documentation management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support recruiting strategies and process improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in consulting or healthcare IT
- Proficient knowledge of recruiting principles and candidate evaluation methodologies
- Familiarity with healthcare information technology market and consulting workforce models (e.g., Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH)
- Experience in supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously
