Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Summary

To support an aerospace client, the fully remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will provide sourcing and screening assistance for engineering and technical roles while managing candidate relationships and delivering exceptional service to hiring managers and recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sourcing support across various engineering and technical business areas, including screening candidates and managing recruiter relationships
• Develop targeted sourcing plans in collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers while maintaining excellent customer service
• Utilize professional networks and social media to source qualified candidates and promote the employment brand

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, or Juicebox
• Experience sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines and non-technical areas
• Previous experience sourcing cleared talent
