Job Summary
Partnering with Corporate Recruiters, the remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will source and identify qualified candidates for open positions, conduct candidate research, and support the recruiting process in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools
- Build targeted talent pipelines for priority and hard-to-fill roles
- Assist with candidate communication, interview scheduling, and maintaining accurate candidate information
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or related roles in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS or recruiting CRM
- Ability to research and engage potential candidates effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
