Job Summary
To support global scaling efforts, the remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex and specialized roles, leveraging deep sourcing expertise and market intelligence to engage exceptional talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing strategies for high-priority searches across technical, GTM, G&A, and leadership roles
- Identify and engage passive talent through advanced research and diverse sourcing channels
- Utilize data and market insights to assess pipeline health and improve sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience in high-growth or technical environments
- Demonstrated success in sourcing highly technical Engineering and Product talent
- Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques and market mapping
- Strong analytical skills to influence search strategies using sourcing data
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Talent Acquisition teams and hiring managers
