Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time contract Talent Acquisition Sourcer will engage in identifying and attracting exceptional talent across various functions, including Engineering and Product, while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners
• Source technical and specialized talent by understanding role requirements and leveraging diverse sourcing channels
• Utilize data and market intelligence to assess pipeline health and improve sourcing outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology environments
• Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple functions such as Engineering and Product
• Strong research skills and familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional methods
• Proven ability to engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
• Collaborative working style with experience using sourcing platforms and ATS technology
