Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for developing sourcing strategies, advising hiring managers, and managing candidate databases to meet recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in intake meetings to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Review resumes and applications for qualifications and monitor sourcing strategy effectiveness
• Establish relationships with agencies and represent the organization at recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Four years of professional human resources experience or equivalent education/experience in a related field
• Experience with sourcing tools and methodologies
• Ability to analyze candidate quality yields by source
• Experience in maintaining and updating candidate databases
