Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient hiring across the organization, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will identify exceptional talent, build candidate pipelines, and execute sourcing strategies while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research talent markets and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods to build and maintain talent pipelines
• Support day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations, including recruiting administration and candidate experience management
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring priorities and share market intelligence for improved recruiting outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on talent sourcing or recruiting experience with a focus on engaging passive candidates
• Experience in recruiting across various functions, with a preference for the Jewelry Industry
• Strong research skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting candidate outreach and building relationships
