Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process and strategy
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and credit union policies
- Conduct new hire orientation and manage recruitment and onboarding budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Proven success in sourcing and evaluating candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite products
