Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and credit union policies
  • Conduct new hire orientation and manage recruitment and onboarding budget
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Proven success in sourcing and evaluating candidates
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite products
