Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full life-cycle recruitment and develop candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines
- Generate a diverse candidate population and partner with the business to create effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively build and manage candidate talent pipelines for critical positions
Required Qualifications
- BA/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 4-6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a 3rd party agency environment preferred
- Experience with candidate recruitment and business development
- Strong sourcing skills and experience developing diversity sourcing strategies
- Technology savvy, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS tools
