Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage full life-cycle recruitment and develop candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines
  • Generate a diverse candidate population and partner with the business to create effective recruitment strategies
  • Proactively build and manage candidate talent pipelines for critical positions
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 4-6+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a 3rd party agency environment preferred
  • Experience with candidate recruitment and business development
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience developing diversity sourcing strategies
  • Technology savvy, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS tools
