Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including technical and administrative positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Screen candidates and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and strong sourcing skills
- Proven experience writing and using Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing
- Experience with ATS platforms preferred
