Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles, including technical and administrative positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Screen candidates and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree or 6 years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and strong sourcing skills
  • Proven experience writing and using Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing
  • Experience with ATS platforms preferred
