Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle hiring across clinical and non-clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Proactively source candidates and build strong pipelines for high-priority roles
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process
Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Proven experience using AI-powered sourcing and screening tools within an ATS
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting hiring needs
