Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Proven experience using AI-powered sourcing and screening tools within an ATS
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting hiring needs
