Job Summary
To support a fast-growing, tech-enabled law firm, the contract-to-hire Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing and hiring Legal Support professionals, Paralegals, and Attorneys in a fully remote, high-volume recruiting role.
Key responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates across legal roles, including Paralegals and Attorneys
- Conduct candidate screenings and manage the full recruitment life cycle end-to-end
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of recruiting experience within a law firm or legal environment
- Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with LinkedIn sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Ashby or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
