Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support recruitment efforts, the part-time Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to identify and recruit exceptional talent while managing the full lifecycle recruiting process in a hybrid role based in Ballwin, MO.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job responsibilities and required competencies for open positions
• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process and maintain recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Apply behavioral interview methods to identify qualified candidates and develop relationships to build a diverse talent pool

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR support role in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Calendar, and Teams
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse ATS and/or Dayforce HRIS as a plus
• Understanding of interview workflow and recruitment processes
• University degree preferred
