Job Summary
A company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Volume) for a 6-month contract, preferably located in the US Eastern Time Zone, to focus on attracting and acquiring top talent for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Utilize various recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a similar role
- Functional computer skills with MS Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, SuccessFactors, AI Recruiting, and Boolean Job Searches
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of positions
- Proficiency in French is considered a plus
