Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will manage the recruitment process for various roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interviews
  • Create customized recruitment plans and provide weekly reports to hiring managers
  • Oversee the candidate experience and collaborate with stakeholders on hiring needs and strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of high-volume sourcing and recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to hire key roles quickly
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Teamtailor
  • Extensive experience with offer proposals and contract negotiation
  • Professional working fluency in English; fluency in a second language preferred
