Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will manage the recruitment process for various roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interviews
- Create customized recruitment plans and provide weekly reports to hiring managers
- Oversee the candidate experience and collaborate with stakeholders on hiring needs and strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume sourcing and recruiting experience
- Proven ability to hire key roles quickly
- Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Teamtailor
- Extensive experience with offer proposals and contract negotiation
- Professional working fluency in English; fluency in a second language preferred
