Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and hiring across various roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting life cycle for assigned positions
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent
- Maintain and report on hiring and recruitment metrics to inform strategies
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques
- Experience within a call center/service industry environment preferred
- Proficiency with social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing
- Knowledge of local and federal employment law related to hiring
