Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and hiring across various roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting life cycle for assigned positions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and recruit top talent
  • Maintain and report on hiring and recruitment metrics to inform strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Two to three years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques
  • Experience within a call center/service industry environment preferred
  • Proficiency with social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing
  • Knowledge of local and federal employment law related to hiring
