Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Willingness to support hiring teams across different time zones as needed
