Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
• Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with ATS platforms
• Willingness to support hiring teams across different time zones as needed
