Job Summary

- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to influence and navigate the recruitment process
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies and metrics to improve processes and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Five years of experience in recruiting across various roles and functions
- Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools and experience with ATS or HR/Recruiting systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
