Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in retail or production
• Experience in a multi-state organization with a high-volume recruitment background
• Proficient in recruitment methods, social media tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to build credibility with hiring managers at various organizational levels
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and new sourcing strategies
