Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in recruiting strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with management
  • Participate in recruitment strategy and advise on advertising content
  • Maintain the Recruiting module of the HRIS and provide updates on recruiting progress
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
  • Previous experience recruiting within the Federal Government or Federal Contracting space
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience
  • 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, including technical and proposal recruiting
  • Knowledge of Federal Government security clearances and IT-related terms
