Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in recruiting strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with management
- Participate in recruitment strategy and advise on advertising content
- Maintain the Recruiting module of the HRIS and provide updates on recruiting progress
Required Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- Previous experience recruiting within the Federal Government or Federal Contracting space
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of experience
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, including technical and proposal recruiting
- Knowledge of Federal Government security clearances and IT-related terms
