Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in healthcare required
- Must reside in the Mid-Atlantic (PA, MD, DE, WV, VA or NC)
- Experience with ICIMs ATS is a plus
- BA or BS Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and familiarity with HRIS/Applicant Tracking systems
