Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and hire senior leadership talent in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership roles in CPG and e-commerce
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve recruitment strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience in CPG or e-commerce sectors
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven success in hiring senior executives such as CTOs and CMOs
  • Deep knowledge of North American talent markets (US & Canada)
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment CRM systems
