Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in U.S. and Canadian markets
• Strong knowledge of employment practices and compliance in both markets
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Familiarity with the land and right-of-way industry or related sectors preferred
