• Review and screen applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and document feedback
• Manage interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring data accuracy in the applicant tracking system
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain a positive candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple time zones
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
