Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist: Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for financial, actuarial, and risk positions
  • Develop and structure the recruiting process in a startup environment
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates and assist with international recruiting


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting in Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services
  • Ability to work 20-25 hours a week, at least 3 days a week
  • Experience managing recruiting processes without a formal ATS or HRIS
  • Willingness to adapt to a startup environment
