Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist: Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for financial, actuarial, and risk positions
- Develop and structure the recruiting process in a startup environment
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing candidates and assist with international recruiting
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting in Insurance, Reinsurance, or Financial Services
- Ability to work 20-25 hours a week, at least 3 days a week
- Experience managing recruiting processes without a formal ATS or HRIS
- Willingness to adapt to a startup environment
