• Develop recruiting strategies, including job descriptions and candidate evaluations
• Build a network of potential candidates through social media and job boards

Required Qualifications

• Higher Education
• Previous experience in recruiting or similar roles
• Experience in headhunting is a bonus
• Fluency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
