- Execute full-cycle recruiting for various departments and actively source passive candidates

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition with a focus on headhunting passive talent
- Experience building candidate pipelines in relevant fields such as Sales and Marketing
- Ability to communicate company culture and career growth effectively
- Proactive approach to recruiting with strong relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
