Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Advisor to attract high-quality talent for healthcare roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct full lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels and attend recruitment events
  • Consult with management to recommend qualified applicants and perform compensation analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, and onboarding principles and practices
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in large-scale and/or healthcare organizations preferred
