Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support its team growth through full lifecycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate talent acquisition activities
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for hiring managers
• Develop and execute talent pipeline strategies and attend recruitment events

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to coordinate high volume recruitment (40+ vacancies)
• Dependable transportation and valid driver's license with insurance
• Some travel (approx. 10%) may be required
