Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business strategies and role requirements
  • Lead kickoff calls for new openings and develop scorecards for various roles
  • Utilize technology for job postings, candidate sourcing, and maintaining documentation


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition roles
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse or Workday
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working both individually and collaboratively
