Key Responsibilities

- Lead kickoff calls for new openings and develop scorecards for various roles
- Utilize technology for job postings, candidate sourcing, and maintaining documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse or Workday
- Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working both individually and collaboratively
