Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruiting strategies
  • Conduct resume reviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate debrief meetings
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and assist with onboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and various recruiting techniques
  • Strong understanding of EEOC, AAP, and OFCCP compliance
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
