Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruiting strategies
- Conduct resume reviews, coordinate interviews, and facilitate debrief meetings
- Manage the applicant tracking system and assist with onboarding processes
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and various recruiting techniques
- Strong understanding of EEOC, AAP, and OFCCP compliance
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office
