Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with hiring managers to customize sourcing strategies
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Source and recruit candidates through various proactive methods and track hiring progress using data

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of high volume recruitment experience, preferably in tech, fashion, or e-commerce
• Experience managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills
• Proven ability to actively source and close candidates using innovative tools
• High level of discretion and confidentiality regarding hiring matters
• Proficiency with MacOS, Google Suite, and ATS (Greenhouse)
