Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Specialist to support recruitment efforts for healthcare positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with agency leadership to assess hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Maintain relationships with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
• Review applications, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage job advertisements in the ATS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience
• Healthcare/Nurse recruitment experience is strongly preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
