Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill open roles
  • Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to align with hiring standards


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field
  • 3-4+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing candidates
  • Full cycle recruiting experience, including candidate screening and interview coordination
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
