Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and quality at every stage
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill open roles
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to align with hiring standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field
- 3-4+ years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in sourcing candidates
- Full cycle recruiting experience, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong analytical skills to track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies
