Key Responsibilities

• Own 2-5 active roles, driving 2+ hires per month
• Lead job kickoffs, create job descriptions, and support interview plans
• Source and engage passive candidates and manage end-to-end hiring processes

Ideal Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced, scaling company
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Proven track record of hiring for individual contributor and mid-to-senior level roles
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
