Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit top-performing candidates for various positions
• Manage incoming applications and facilitate initial communications and screening interviews
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies utilizing social media and industry research

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) with 2 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
• Understanding of social media's role in attracting technical talent
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Judgment in decision-making within defined procedures and practices
