Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to design effective recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates using various methods and conduct screenings and interviews
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and support hiring managers with interview scheduling and feedback collection
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience in in-house recruitment within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical environments is preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms is advantageous
