Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to design effective recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates using various methods and conduct screenings and interviews
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and support hiring managers with interview scheduling and feedback collection
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in in-house recruitment within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms is advantageous
