Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Contractor - L3.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure quality selections
- Track applicant progress and maintain metrics in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on technical recruiting preferred
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
