Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Contractor - L3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure quality selections
  • Track applicant progress and maintain metrics in the applicant tracking system
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on technical recruiting preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
