Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates through various techniques including databases, networking, and social media
• Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely hiring
• Prepare salary offers and uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Management, or equivalent field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Technical recruiting experience in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
