Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a successful placement track record
• Expertise with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Advanced Boolean search and strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for recruitment activities
