Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist in training hiring managers and managing staffing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staffing activities and partner with operational management to execute staffing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain candidate relationship strategies and a competitor candidate information database
  • Train and mentor hiring managers on the use of behavioral interviewing techniques and the Taleo Talent Management System
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • PHR or SPHR Certification preferred
  • Four years of staffing experience, including three years as a direct recruiter in a high-volume industry
  • Experience with Workday and Teams is required
  • Knowledge of employment laws and e-recruiting systems
