Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Develop a pipeline of candidates using both standard and creative sourcing strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
• Proficient with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with candidates
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
