Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to implement recruiting strategies and build relationships across multiple locations in the Southwest/Southern California region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and location staff
  • Assist in the development and implementation of attraction strategies for designated geographic areas
  • Maximize the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting or Human Resources role
  • Knowledge and experience in using and teaching Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High sense of urgency with efficient time management skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
