• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job briefing to offer stage
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including AI-powered solutions, to attract diverse talent across multiple regions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up
• Proven experience hiring for technical and GTM roles on an international scale
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
• Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including AI tools for sourcing and engagement
• Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience
