Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech start-up
- Proven experience hiring for technical and GTM roles on an international scale
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
- Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including AI tools for sourcing and engagement
- Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience
