  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment practices, including AI tools for sourcing and engagement
  • Demonstrated commitment to attracting diverse talent and creating an inclusive hiring experience
