Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition/Recruiter - HR Assistant 3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track recruitment performance and provide insights
  • Plan and execute recruitment-related projects, ensuring compliance and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least one year of recruiting/recruiting coordinator experience, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience
  • Experience with recruitment systems, including ATS and candidate management tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel (i.e., macros) and PowerPoint
