Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts across multiple departments in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person and qualify or reject candidates based on feedback
• Serve as the contact person for candidate inquiries and meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
